Meet the CEO

Driven by a mission of purpose Bianca M. Guzman has led an impressive career as a Human Resources Professional and Business owner for the past 11 years. Bianca has contributed to a number of different industries including  in the Direct Sales, Education, and NonProfits.

As a full time HR professional turned Entrepreneur, Bianca has spent the last two years as the CEO & Founder of Divine Talent Connection and has a unique perspective when it comes to launching, automating, and growing a successful business. Influenced by personal and professional experiences Bianca has intentionally built programs to educate and provide resources to underrepresented entrepreneurs and create thriving organizations of purpose driven leadership teams that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Serving as the current President of the Woodbridge Business Exchange Bianca plays a major role in leading a chapter of over 30 local businesses. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped others in the community grow their businesses.

Bianca attended Clark Atlanta University and University of Phoenix and studied Computer Science/Desktop Publishing, Criminal Justice, Business Management, and Human Resources Management. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends, shopping, traveling, listening to music, cooking, and laying on the beach.

Executive Assistant

Miel Subeldia joined the Divine Talent Connection team in 2022 as the Executive Assistant. Miel brings 4 years of Customer Service experience and has been a Small Business Freelancer for almost a year specializing in Social Media & Marketing Management. She has a strong background in E-Commerce and Telecommunications as both a Customer and Technical Support representative, as well as a subject matter expert.

She has attended Datacom Institute of Computer Technology and studied Computer Secretarial Course, specializing in English, Computer Literacy, and Graphic Design. Miel is an advocate for mental health, aspires to return to school to complete her BS in Psychology, and desires to be a registered Psychologist. She also dreams to work and live overseas, and establish a small business.

Miel enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends, her hobbies and interests include reading books, cooking and eating out, listening to music (especially K-Pop), and she is a fangirl over Taylor Swift.

Camille Atienza

Virtual Assistant

Camille joined the Divine Talent Connection team in 2023 as a Virtual Assistant. Camille brings Administrative and Social Media/Marketing experience and has been freelancing for a year now. 

She attended the Our Lady of Fatima University and studied Medical Technology. Taking care of her loved ones and community has always been a natural passion for Camille. She plans to attend Medical School and study Pediatrics, as she is great with children. 

Camille has a love for graphic design and looks forward to growing her creative design portfolio. During her free time she also  enjoys discovering new musical artists from around the world.
